Build our bodies to excellent condition.
Tuesday, March 24th, 2009I have written about how hypnosis can help us operate our bodies and bring them to peak performance. This is very good, what if my body is not in the best of condition?
It serves each and every one of us to have our bodies in very good condition. Why? Because it is healthier for us. We are able to do more activities when we are in good health and condition. We don’t get winded on that long flight of stairs where there is no elevator, or possibly your golf game without a cart.
I have found a gentleman who can help just about any of us to get back into tip top shape without participating in and experiencing major cardio workouts. Mike Geary is a certified Nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer. He knows what is appropriate to eat, and when as well as how to exercise to get the results that we desire. As I mentioned, he does not believe in extended cardio workouts. Mike finds superior results by using a form of interval training that he has developed over a number of years. This also fits in quite well with Dr. Al Sears MD, who I listen to closely, and his concepts of interval training and good healthy eating.
Since this connects so well for me I felt that I just have to let other people know about this gre3at opportunity for us to get healthy. I have a website posted that has Mike writing about his philosophy, he does it more eloquently that I can because I just started working with him and believe in his total approach with the one exception, and that being the use of Self Hypnosis to get my subconscious on board for doing the actual action oriented program that Mike presents to each of us who want his help. Mike is not opposed to the hypnotic addition to ones getting healthy.
